Aging is a natural process. We should embrace aging as same as enjoying the youthfulness. Most of us( young people) discriminate the elder one for their age. Ageism can impact on one's confidence. Many elders lose their confidence because of this discrimination from society, And also it affects job, financial situation and quality of life as well.

Agree,Our younger generation should think before they discriminate elders that they also become elders in the ageing process then only they stop these kind of Ageism activities.
