    Doing exercise,write down the reason for stress, laughing, chewing gum, smelling good fragrance, Avoiding procrastination, and listening to soothing music help you to get relieve from stress.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
