Hi Guys!
As Colleagues most of us always prefer our Chairman/ Mangers to be leaders instead of bosses!
What a leader does is he inspires his colleagues, make them think innovative and strive for the best but never force them to do certain things
A boss would use the term employee and stress the employee to increase his productivity( under some cases)
Here is the difference between a BOSS AND A LEADER!
