Helpful tips to control overthinking
If you are struggling to go to sleep or concentrate on a task due to overwhelming thoughts that seem to flood your mind and increase anxiety or stress, try these few helpful steps.
1. Begin by visualizing and acknowledging the thought.
2. Next, within your mind's eye, place the thought on a cloud.
3. Now after acknowledging the thought, imagine blowing away the cloud until you can no longer see it.
4. Allow your mind to rest in silence and repeat this process as many times as you need.
Hope this cloud thought method will help you to reduce overthinking.

In my perspective, Focus on solutions is a great hint for control our overthinking. A great mentor Robin Sharma said, "What you focus on, always get better". Instead of focusing on issues, focus on finding solutions. Break the problem down into smaller, simpler steps. You guys find out how to focusing on solutions rather than problems.
