    How Can We Prevent Sleep Walking?

    Hello Everyone!

    Unless you've ever experienced sleepwalking yourself, it can be tough to understand how scary it feels to know that you transported yourself somewhere new without ever waking up. And if you have sleepwalked, then you know how easily you can bring it to an end!

    DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANY IDEA ON HOW TO PREVENT SLEEPWALKING?

    1. Getting more quality sleep
    2. Build a sleep friendly bedtime routine
    3. Keep bed room quiet dark and cool
    4. Take steps to cope with stress


    These above tips will help to prevent sleep walking.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

    Hi Shivani, I have heard about some remedies for sleepwalking.Hope these would help you.

    Get adequate sleep.
    Practice meditation
    Do regular exercises
    Avoid any kind of stimulation before go to bed


    Apart from preventing sleepwalking,try to protect yourself while sleepwalking
    Do what is RIGHT, NOT what is EASY!

    Tips to protect yourself when sleepwalking .
    These are the steps you can take to prevent harm if and when you do sleepwalk:
    keep a safe sleeping environment,free of harmful or sharp objects.
    Sleep in a bedroom on the ground floor,if possible .
    Lock the doors & windows.
    Cover glass windows with heavy drapes.
    Place an alarm or bell on the bedroom door.
