    Hi everyone ,


    Customer get rude or angry for variety of reasons -some justified ,some not .but since you're in business to serve your customers ,
    you will likely encounter rude or angry individuals at one another .


    Guys share some best tips for coping with a tense situation and hopefully resolving it to everyone's satisfaction.

    Why you are thinking "kindly talk to them " only one way is best for handled with angry customers .

    When a customer is angry, first thing you should remain calm and listen to them carefully then apologize to them for the inconvenience, Finally give them a right solution. I think this a is the right way to handle a angry customers. Most importantly we should take it anything personal when a customer talking angrily.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
