    What's a good way to overcome social anxiety?

    Hello friends,

    Some people have the fear to involve in social interaction with people.
    We can call it as social anxiety which is the fear and anxiety of being negatively judged by other people.


    Do you guys have any tips to overcome social anxiety?
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

    Hi Bhavya ,

    i think here some ways overcome our anxiety.

    1.Try a self-help manual .
    2.Work with a therapist .
    3.Practice deep breathing every day.
    4.Create an exposure hierarchy .
    5.Create objective goals.
    6.Keep a rational Outlook .
