Having a beard is barbaric???

I love growing beard. I feel like it's my identity . It gives me confidence.
But my mother used to blame me for growing beard. She says men look like a barbarian with the beard.

Is it true that men look barbaric with beard?
The nature wanted us to have beard. Why some of us think that having beard is indecent?

Actually, the beard makes a boy look like a man. And girls dig it, as long as the beard is maintained and kept clean, it's fine.

No, it's not barbaric, In fact i don't like when men do clean shave, beard make men look smart and gentlemen.

I have the same thought Shana, beard make the boy into man,as you said as long as the beard is well maintain it can make the men more handsome and smart.
