Thread: Why do men think drinking alcohol make them manly?

There are men who make excuses for taking alcohol. Some of them think it is a manly thing. They need an easy way to feel superior to others. In my POV if he is drinking to show the superiority, he is insecure about his manliness.

There is a unethical social norm that getting drunk is equal to "Man-ing" up. Even though I am not against social drinking or moderate drinking, I wouldn't say drinking is manly.
