Much of men’s resistance to pink-collar jobs is tied up in the culture of masculinity, say people who study the issue. Women are assumed to be empathetic and caring; men are supposed to be strong, tough and able to support a family.

It's not about men not wanting women jobs. It's partially because MOST men cannot do the intricate, organized, complex stuff women do on daily basis with such ease.

True Shana women are more organized than men and women can do the difficult tasks with ease.
