Toady i am discuss our common problem ,At the movement ,The biggest problem is that there are fewer jobs than before .
the another one is that employees are looking for people with more Experiences . So guys how can Overcome That the problems ?

More than experience skills ,flexibility, and fast learning is important to sustain in a career . So by improve these things we can get a good job.
