We should wear nice clothes .A shirt ,tie and trousers if you 're man and a nice shirt either trousers Or saree if you're a woman ,Above all we have neat .

Dress code depends on the job you are going for a interview. If you are going for a IT related job smart casual dresses are most suitable and relevant.
