Speaking loudly for phone calls

Hi all,
You may have seen that some people speak loudly when they are answering for phone calls.
Ii makes a disturb for others. But there are some people they even not caring about those people and make the phone calls loudly.
HAVE YOU EVER SEEN THAT KIND OF PEOPLE?

Hi, I also got an experience on this situation.
When I was bus there was a person who talk with someone loudly and which made disturb me. on that situation I also talk loud " please cut the phone call you can talk without phone those who have received the call and who can hear you"

Yes I had this kind of experiences, it's so irritating, I really don't know why they like this, maybe in their excitement they are talking loudly
