The habits of people differ from each other. People often get different diseases and most of the time it is recovered that the reason
for those diseases were the habits that they had earlier.
Do you have any experience of having diseases because of any of your habit?
These can be identified as the habits that make you unhealthy.
- Not drinking of enough water
- Eating late at night
- Not having breakfast on time
- Not getting enough exercises
- Skimming on sleeping
- Eating of too much sodium
Can someone explain to me the habits that help to make us a healthier person?
