    Exclamation How could we overcome narcolepsy?

    Hey guys,

    Narcolepsy is a condition when our brain finds it difficult to regulate our sleep-wake cycles.This happens mostly because of both bad food habits and insufficient sleep at night. It could cause rapid eye movement sleep(REM) and also day time sleep attacks which could ruin our daily routine!


    Do you know any tricks to overcome narcolepsy? Care to share
    Do what is RIGHT, NOT what is EASY!

    Get regular exercise.
    Take an early morning walk.
    Stay active throughout the day
    Avoid driving your car if you are feeling drowsy or stressed.

    First thing try to regulate your sleeping routine,If you have sound sleep, you can wake up in the morning feeling fresh, Do regular exercise and have a healthy food habit it will help you to overcome Narcolepsy.
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
