As you said in our childhood most us are followed our religions, But when we become adults some of our generation getting away from the religions. That's what we discussed above. From the discussion we came to know some of the reasons for our youngsters lack of attachment/believe in religions.
Yeah and the rituals sucha as kaavadi which are even followed even to the extreme.
This is my thought,
They are toatally involved in machinic life and they are fulfilling their needs and also they don't have enough time to visit temples.
In our small age, My mother send me to temple for tuedays and fridays for the prayaers and we did bajanai on those days. But, Nowadays parents send their children for tution classes all the time.
This is may be the basic reason for moving away from their religion.
I want to say a contradiction opinion to you.
I saw a picture recently of nallur temple. Lot of childern doing bajanai on that photo and the caption said who said that future leaders are moving away from their religion. This picture is the evidence for the future generation are beleiving their religon and getting involved with their religion.
Yeah most of the young generation are taking part in the temple festivals , one of the major thing is the pooja's!
Nowadays, youngsters know a lot. They're exposed to practical thinking and scientific facts so early, which has made them use their logical thinking to analyze the presence of God. Most of the time, they are confused about God, than believing in them.
Yes I agree with this point, I believe in God and at the same time I love researching about the stories or myths about Hinduism and Christianity.
