Why do sri lankan boys prefer foreign girls to get married?

Hello Guys!

In Sri Lanka most of the boys are preferring foreign girls when it comes to marriage! Why do you think this is happening?

I think by marrying a foreign girl they can easily get a foreign citizenship that's why they prefer to marry foreign girls.

In these kind of marriage we can't expect true love, We can call it as "Marriage with Benefits"

It can start as fake love. But at one point, you get to really love that person for who he/she is. Maybe it's a marriage of convenience, but we aren't living in the 18th century to marry a stranger. We get to talk and familiarise with someone before we even think of marrying them. In a way, humanity still prevails.

I agree with you Shana with time we start to love a person for who they are.So when we started to spend most of our time with a person we bound to love them.
