Thread: How to make an ethical decision

Hi all,


In our day to day lives we have to play the role of a manager by taking decisions on our selves or decisions related to family or anything else.

Do you have such experiences. I am pretty sure you have such experiences. But can you mention some points where we have to keep on attention to make such a decision ethical?

Because a decision have the ability to mainly affect on various parties and we should be more careful on those.

1. Gather facts
2. Define the ethical issues in the circumstances
3. Identify your character, values and principles
4. Listen to your gut


These above processes will help you to make an ethical decision.
