Tatoo is an art. Its a passion for the creator and a love for the person who is getting it. Not every tattooed men/woman are rouge or bad. There is a story behind every tattooed person.

I don't know if all the tattooed persons are bad. But I know people who think all tattooed people are bad are narrow minded.
P.S: I don't have any tattoo on me or i'll never get any (for a good cause).

According to psychology Tattooed humans are mostly extroverted,experience seekers and they are unique in their own ways as all of us.
