Here are some tips to control your nerves before speaking
1. First accept that being nervous is not a bad
2. Don't try to be perfect because no one can't
3. Clearly understand the purpose of your communication and the subject
4. Take good breathe
5. Engage with the audience you're communicating with
6. Make eye contact while communicating
7. Avoid drinking caffeine or alcohol
You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
