In my opinion CCTV cameras are meant to keep us and our property safe not to stalk a person and invade his or her privacy. And for your question. CCTV cameras in the public places are for our safty. I don't think it will disturb our privacy.
You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
