First mentally prepare yourself to deal with irresponsible person, then make then understand that they are behaving irresponsibly, if they didn't understand make them a offer like if they act responsible, they can get certain benefits. Try out this method it will help you.
You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
