Yeah it's difficult to follow but not impossible, I am trying to follow this in my life because I often get depressed when I think about my past and get anxious when I think about my future so now I training myself to focus on the present without thing about past and future,I must this practice make me to enjoy my life more. give it a try you feel more happy in your life.
