You are right we often fail to do exercise regularly because we don't make it as a habit. If we follow doing exercise for one week we can easily make as a habit and continue it. Always start something new in Mondays so you can follow it through out week.Most importantly make yourself committed to it.
You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
