    Is it healthy to follow a restricted diet for weight loss?

    Dieting is the practice of eating food in a moderated and regulated way to maintain, decrease or increase body weight or treat or prevent diseases like diabetes. Usually, overweight or obese people follow a restricted diet. Is it healthy to follow a restricted diet for weight loss? Guys, Let me know your opinions in the comments.

    Diet is a good think for the weight loss, but we need to choose the right method to how we are going to do the diet for fat loss? if we'll choose the wrong weight loss diet then we'll get so many problems, so do diet but do it slowly if you'll get use to the diet then increase your diet capacity.

    You are right we should choose the diet plan according to our body and health condition. Can you give me some tips to continuously stick with the diet?
