Mind relaxation is essential for today’s life. Our mind and body are stressed out because of workload and many other things. It is crucial for us to calm ourselves down to increase our productivity because stress kills productivity. I do have some tried and tested methods, which I like to do when I am in stress or feel depressed.
- Keep moving!
- Take the time to plan at least one fun activity every day
- Sleep is very important. aim for 7- hours a night
- Watch a movie
- Read a good books
- Look at a happy photos
- Watch a funny videos
