Bad habits interrupt our life and prevent you from accomplishing your goals.They destroy our health both mentally and physically and they waste our time and energy.
Then why do we still do them ? And most importantly,is there anything you can do about it?
Most of the bad habits are caused by Stress and boredom.you don't eliminate a bad habit you replace it with a good habit.
Here is a way to replace a bad habit in to good habit.
- Identify the habit (Expose it as an adversary)
- Discern the habit(write down why you think it originally became a craving)
- Break the cycle (try to reduce your addiction)
- Make a public Pledge(If it isn't a serious habit tell a friend)
- Replace with a positive alternative(establish a good habit valuable to your life)
