Homeless people are the ones who can't afford to rent or buy a house. And many cities have large unused public lands that could be divided up and given to this homeless people to stay.I think at least we can allow these people to stay in public lands and public parks. What do you say? Do you think homeless citizens have the right to live in vacant public lands or public parks?
