Yesterday one of my colleagues asked me "Why the letters are not arranged in alphabetical order on the keyboard?" So, I searched about this on online and found the answer. Therefore I decided to share it with you guys as well.

The reason came from the time back to the manual typewriters era. When typewriters were invented first, the letters were arranged in alphabetical order, but people typed so fast in the typewriters that the mechanical keys' arms got tangled up and caused keys jams, So, to avoid this inconvenience, keys were positioned randomly on the typewriters to slow down the typing speed. Later this random arrangement became standard and all our keyboards come with randomly positioned letter.
