Dhanush, really it's not a good habit, but sometimes we feel this way. The best thing you can do is, stay alone until you feel better or if you are in a public place like work or college just put on your headphone and listen some melodies this will help you to make your mood better.
You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
