    Tips for eating healthy

    Here are some healthy eating tips for you.

    • Eat lots of fruit and vegetables
    • Eat more fish
    • Including a portion of oily fish
    • Drink more water
    • Eat less salt
    • Do not skip breakfast

    Nice Tips prasath, avoiding soft drinks and fastfoods and replace them with fresh fruit juices,fruits & nuts.

    Most vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories,also have many vitamins and minerals so including vegetables in our diet really help us to keep ourselves healthy.
