01- Focus on your attitude first.
02- Focus on your dress code. (wear some smart casual dress it will give some extra look and confidence level)
03- Way of talk and places. (when you are working on organization you have to follow some rules. Same thing you have to speak very politely in your co-workers and superiors)
04- Involvement - Involve which could be do from your end
05- Action your promises
