Nepotism is not giving priority or show favoritism for a family member. It's common for all relationships. If you ask it's good or bad I can say just like you. Relationships never interfere into that kind of activities .Originally Posted by Srb

Whether it's a family business or not promoting someone by favoritism is absolutely wrong. Promotion should be given based on someone knowledge,skills,talent and hard work.
You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
