Thread: What are some ways we can help homeless people ?

Friends,

There are so many people being homeless. Because of lack of affordable housing,loss of a job, divorce,illness,substance abuse,domestic abuse and etc.
The get very less help from organizations or government.which isn't even enough for their survival.


Do you have any solutions to help this homeless people?

I personally think that in the first place itself we don't have to even mention them as ''homeless people'' which would be kind of hurting and awkward for them. The only solution is to accommodate them with the least we could do in order to help them. I have seen people who just throw 5 rupees at them in the road sides and nobody has the right to question them. This is true! Giving them a 20 rupees won't make us any poorer i guess. So the only way Bhavya according to me is to first change our mindset the way we look at them and give them the least we could do

You Mistaken me Shivani, I am not talking about the people who seek money from others, Here i am talking about the people who have no one to take care of them and the people who don't have enough money to build there own house, I think we can help these people by giving seldom in NGO orphanages and giving housing loans with least interest.
