Most of us have a specific goal to achieve in our lives. There are multiple ways to reach your goal but among them studying a role model is one of the most applicable way of reaching a goal.
It's really an inspiring way of reaching a goal. So are you following a role model in your life? Who is that?

I agree with you Lorraine, Having a role model is an effective way to achieve our goals, I have two to three role models in my life but the best role model is my Aunt she is the perfect example for successful woman both in personal and professional life. Like her I just want be successful both in my personal and professional life

Why you thinking to following a role model, You can create your own way to achieve your goal it is better than following a role model.

Following a role model doesn't mean we are going to be like them, In my case I follow role models for inspiration they inspire me to bring out the best in me.
