When you search a query on Google, you may have seen that the most relevant result to that query comes in a box on the top of the page. And that refers to "Featured Snippets." Previously, if you scrolled down the page, the same result that was highlighted in the Featured Snippet would be listed again on the second or third position of the first page SERP results. But this week Google Search Liaison Twitter account announced that If a web page listed into the featured snippet, it will not repeat in the first page of results that means Featured snippets count as one of the ten web page listings we show in the first page SERP results.
