Even after the evolution of technology cyber criminals rely on sending spam emails to hack a device.
A report says that most of such malicious emails consist .DOC, .XLS, .PDF, .ZIP, or .7Z files attached with them.

Taking proactive measures could help us to minimize such attacks.

Care to share some ideas on how to safeguard ourselves from such malicious e-mail attachments.

When you see email attachment in your emails ,before consider opening them ,run though this checklist to reduce your risk of getting infected .
Review the sender
Beware of phishing scams
recognize extensions
Use an anti virus scanner
stop automatic download
type in correct URL directly
Delete when you are in doubt
