Facebook and Twitter both allow to use hashtages and customization for your branding.Twitter networks topics and ideas while Facebook networks people. In Facebook you can write more but in Twitter writing is limited to 140 characters. So based on this the way we marketing on both plaforms also differs. Hope I give answer to your question.
